In a world where technology intersects with innovation and financial stewardship, Itse Joseph Azi stands as a beacon of interdisciplinary excellence. A visionary technopreneur,he began this journey with a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Jos in 2003, where his passion for software development flourished. This led to the creation of E-Advocacy, a groundbreaking computerised tool for law firms to manage clients information, which garnered national attention in 2005 as a finalist at the Nigerian Students Software Competition (NISSCOM) at Obafemi Awolowo University. With a thirst for knowledge and a commitment to bridging the gap between technology and finance, Azi pursued further academic laurels, earning dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Computer Science, followed by a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from the University of Jos. Currently, he is advancing the frontiers of research as a Ph.D. candidate in Accounting at the Federal University Kashere, Gombe State, Nigeria. Azi's journey embodies the fusion of technical innovation, financial acumen, and academic rigor, making him a leading light in the future of digital entrepreneurship and financial systems.

Since 2008, Itse, Joseph Azi has honed technical expertise while serving as Website Administrator, Network Administrator, and Hardware Maintenance Engineer at the School of Biblical Studies, Jos (an affiliate of the University of Jos). In this role, he developed and continues to maintain an automated financial payroll management system and a cybersecurity infrastructure at a cost-effective fee, showcasing a keen understanding of both technical and financial efficiencies. In addition, Azi played a pivotal role in creating and managing the Automated Billing, Payment, and Reporting System for the Veterinary Teaching Hospital at the University of Jos.

In 2008 I was appointed the Director of The Foundation Computer School in Jos - a free I.T training Institute established by former Minister of State, Information , His Excellency Ibrahim Dasuki Salihu Nakande. There, I developed and deployed a dynamic database driven web based chating application and deployed it on the local intranet of the School in order to falicitate effective communication among students, teacher's and mangement just within the premises at no cost. The school saved save over 70% on cost of manageing its entire IT infrastructure by the in-house development and maintenannce strategy used at point in time.

With a well-rounded career that bridges technology and finance, he has also undertaken numerous accounting and audit assignments at the firm of Daniel Matthew Dataong and Co. Recently, Azi has expanded into the fintech space as a Technical Digital Financial Service Partner at Fingertips Enterprise Development Partners International, further demonstrating a profound capacity to innovate and integrate technology in the financial services sector.

Through his work, Azi has consistently demonstrated the power of combining technical expertise with financial acumen, positioning him at the forefront of digital transformation in Nigeria’s financial and technological landscape.

December 2022, his firm called MGS Nigeria Limited, a new Multidisciplinary GloTech Solutions was commissioned by the National President of Afizere Youth Movement. An event that was followed by the launched its first pet Project called Virtual Academic(aka V-Acad) that same day.
